Supported a British Wealth Management company with a market entry strategy which included setting-up Distribution channels as wells as providing interim management.

Worked in close collaboration with the Board in order to assist with a change management process which included re-positoning of the company and changing the distribution model.

Our company delivered a complete audit and assessment of existing policies and included a GAP analysis covering emerging risks that were not currently covered by their existing Insurance Program.
